It is easy for me to say pick the fruits and veges because I do not have a sweet tooth. Lucky me right? But the old saying of garbage in, garbage out really comes into play here. It makes sense that what we eat is a direct reflection on not only how we feel, but also how we look.
Our skin needs hydration, nutrients and vitamins just like the rest of our body. The skin is in fact the largest organ of the body. Eating right will help our waistlines and improve the texture and health of our skin.
